Rapid Response has been involved in the manufacture and supply of castings for all major industries for a number of years. We have supplied casting to the petrochemical, heat and corrosion industries in all major alloys from 25/12 nickel chrome to 50/50 nickel/chrome. Parts manufactured include tube sheets, supports, hangers and similar products for major furnace applications. A rigorous quality plan conforming to the latest international standards is applied to each contract. Quality and precision are major considerations throughout the manufacturing process.

Castings are produced in carbon, stainless and nickel alloy steels to ASTM and BS specifications.
General engineering castings are supplied to many industries and include - valve and pump parts, mechanical handling components, earth moving and dredging castings.
